360 Search is designed to be immediately useful — no install, no setup, and no account required to start searching privately. This guide walks you through the essentials so you can go from zero to a fully personalized private search experience in just a few minutes.
You do not need an account to use 360 Search. Search, AI, weather, news, and all other tools are available to everyone right away. A free account is optional and only needed if you want to save your preferences, notes, and history across multiple devices.
1

Visit 360-search.com

Open your browser and go to 360-search.com. The platform runs entirely in your browser — there is nothing to download or install to get started. You will land on the 360 home page with the search bar front and center.
2

Run your first search

Click the search bar, type any query, and then click the Search button or press Enter. Your search is processed privately — no profile is built, no ads are targeted, and your query is never sold to third parties. Results load quickly and cleanly, without sponsored clutter.
3

Explore the navigation bar

At the top of the page you will find the 360 navigation bar. Open the ☰ Menu sidebar to switch between the platform’s built-in tools:
  • Search — Private web search
  • AI — Built-in AI assistant with file upload support
  • Chat — Real-time global and community chat
  • News — Live news feed across multiple categories
  • Weather — Live forecasts with map view
  • Stocks — Real-time quotes and Bitcoin prices
  • Translator — Translate across 80+ languages
  • Games — Space Glider, StarBlasted, NYC Dream, and more
  • Apps — The full 360 Suite (360Notes, 360Music, 360Vids, and more)
Each tool opens in the same interface — no new tabs required.
4

Create a free account (optional)

If you want your settings, search history, and notes to follow you across devices, create a free 360 account. Click Sign Up in the top-right corner of the page and register with your email, or sign in with GitHub or Google. Once signed in, your preferences are saved automatically.
5

Personalize your experience

Open Settings (the ⚙ icon in the sidebar) to make 360 feel like yours:
  • Theme — Choose from six color themes: Ocean, Midnight, Sunset, Mint, Neon, or Mono
  • Dark mode — Toggle between light and dark interface
  • Cursor style — Pick from Default, Dot, Ring, Crosshair, Blob, or System cursor
  • Background image — Upload a custom image or paste a URL
  • Temperature units — Switch between °C and °F for weather
  • Bob — Enable the animated stick figure that reacts to your typing in the search bar
All preferences are saved locally and, if you are signed in, synced to your account.
360 also works as a Progressive Web App (PWA). In your browser’s address bar, look for the install prompt to add 360 to your home screen or desktop for a faster, app-like experience without a separate download.
